My main goal in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness is to win. That’s in the driver’s seat, and everything else takes a seat behind it. However, not everything is riding in the very back of the van. There are some goals in the middle row. One of them is to have Brett Kimberlin declared a vexatious litigant.
